I have seen such amazing results so far! I have only been back at it for 2 weeks and have already lost almost 4 lbs and can ALMOST feel comfortable in my pre-pregnancy jeans! I need to lose only a tiny bit more in the thighs!
That is just INSANE for 2 weeks. I am running a 21 day "get started and keep going" free challenge group so I can help get others in the habit of exercising daily again! 21 days to make a habit :).
