My New Beginning

The last few months have not been so great here! I love being with my family and really enjoy seeing my baby grow. However, I have battled a bit of depression, moving, being sick and in general just feeling sort of crappy! So I stopped eating healthy and stopped working out. I missed my goal of being below my pre-pregnancy weight by my birthday which made me a bit more depressed.

The day after my birthday, on March 7, I told myself ENOUGH! I can be the only one to change me! I cut my hair to help give me a new start and fresh look.

I started to plan. I went to the store, bought all the foods I needed to eat clean, dusted off my CLX DVDs and got to work!

I have a new goal now, to be under my pre-pregnancy weight by the time my baby turns 1. I know I can do it! I have 5.5 months.

I have been back at my workouts full force for a week, eating clean and drinking my shakeo 1x a day (lunch)! I feel lighter (I haven't actually lost weight yet), less bloated, and I am actually starting to feel good about myself again.

Only YOU can change YOU!

PS- I wasn't going to share the pic but I think it is an important reminder that eating junk and not exercising often will not help you progress!
